Cernunnos, also known as the "Horned One," has been widely worshipped as the "lord of wild things." Within Neopaganism, particularly the Wiccan tradition, The Horned God is a deity who is supposed to be consort of the Great Goddess and combines horned or antler gods from many cultures. Within the Wiccan religion, The Horned God reflects the seasons of the year in an annual cycle of life, death and rebirth, with imagery derived from Cernunnos, Pan, The Green Man motif, and other horned spirit symbols.
